These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website – www.jossilvergems.co.uk

Many of the items are made using natural materials (semi-precious gemstones etc.) so the item you receive may differ slightly from the picture on the website.
All silver items over 7.7g have been hallmarked by the Birmingham assay office with my own makers mark.

All purchacers are responsible for any import tax charged in their own country.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit/debit card through the  PayPal secure server (no paypal account required), PayPal account or by UK cheque or postal order.

Packaging

All items come in a gift box. All items are packaged securely and most items will be posted within a week. Custom-made or altered items may take upto 14 days to be posted to allow for hallmarking.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you need to return an item for any reason, please email us with your order/item number within 14 days of receipt and we will email you back with a returns number. We will be happy to make a refund or exchange providing the items are returned in complete and saleable condition within 14 days excluding shipping fees. Please return the goods in their original packaging. You are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or to send the recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. For all returns, except when the item is faulty, The customer will have to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
